Single application to measure post launch health: Implemented an OLA release summary, Workstream, Tasks and Risk tracking pages to monitor the launch health in an effective way. It increases NPI Launch velocity, operational efficiency and rigor through E2E digitization of NPI Lifecycle. Users will have real time visibility to release readiness.

1. Scorecard: Ability to track the changes happening in the process easily with a quick view. Significant productivity improvement using Scorecard with one click. Provides ability to download the scorecard for all the products and can highlight the changes that have happened since the desired date by clicking on the calendar icon. Provides privilege to view and change the approval status of the scorecard status which will be highlighted in light yellow background.

2. Innovative Dashboard: Dashboard to visualize the score card, milestones, heatmaps etc. in one common place for quick resolution and decision making. It helps to monitor timelines for both GTM and Engineering at one place where Milestones (engineering and GTM milestones), Scorecard and Heatmap are generated based on the real time data in the application.

3. Checkpoint Summary: RYG Logic to flag the tickets to identify its priority. We can identify the BOM's of different status by using the RYG logic like Red: At Risk, Yellow: At Risk, Green: On track, Ability to download and monitor Risk BOM's in application.

4. Risk & Heatmap: User should be able to view risk callout popup when user clicks at risk toggle button and able to view workstream which has risks. Users should be able to view percentages for individual workstreams when users select completion percentage icons.

5. Report Summary Status: Summary status of the Workstream and Product can be seen to decide on pending items and release dates. Able to view the overall percentage of product and workstream intersection. Ability to edit, save content in the scorecard categories and submit the changes.
