Application Details
This is the core Tier44 application, providing the foundation for data center and room visualization, rack management, capacity aggregations, planning, and all base Tier44 functionality. It also serves as the platform for additional modules available separately on the ServiceNow Store.

All pricing is for unlimited use — unlimited users, racks, data centers, and CIs — within a single ServiceNow instance hosted by ServiceNow. Monthly fees include support and updates, and cover use in cloned sub-production instances.

Please note that the rendering we provide is fully built into the ServiceNow platform and requires no external keys or access. We do however provide an image repository that can be accessed from your ServiceNow instance. Please contact Tier44 in case you use a fully encrypted version of ServiceNow or desire access to our image repository.
You may need ServiceNow platform run time licenses for users and other optional ServiceNow modules for Event Management and MetricBase which are not included and need to be ordered from ServiceNow as needed.
This application does not use Now Assist or any ServiceNow provided Generative AI or Agentic AI features and therefore does NOT consume any Assists.
