The Datadog ServiceNow integration is a two-way integration that allows you to publish Datadog-generated events to ServiceNow tickets, as well as manage the resolution workflow from within Datadog through IT service management (ITSM) and IT operations management (ITOM).
- Automatically create and update ITSM or ITOM records in ServiceNow from Datadog monitors, incidents, and cases.
- Enable bi-directional syncing between ServiceNow incidents and Datadog incidents or cases.
The integration now supports the AP2 (Australia) and US1-FED (US Federal) Datadog sites. It has also been updated to automatically support new Datadog sites as they are added, with no further updates required.
