Employee Experience Pack: Employee Reskilling
This is a feature accelerator Employee Experience Pack focused on the Journey Accelerator feature for managers of teams. This pack demonstrates how a manager can quickly, and repeatedly leverage predesigned plans for introducing a new team member to the work the team does and the actions they need to take to be successful.
The pack is designed to be leveraged, and/or additive with other packs, such as Onboarding, Transfers, or Promotions. Instead of focusing on corporate HR activities that need to take place, this pack focuses on the micro-level of the manager's ramp-up plan for new additions to their teams.
The purpose of Employee Experience Packs is to help explain the power and ease of configuration of ServiceNow to support complex processes and use cases while providing a great experience. The Employee Experience Packs strive to leverage as many of the advanced features of the system, in support of the specific use case, to demonstrate capabilities new customers/users of the system may not be aware exist. The packs are not intended as direct-install processes ready to leverage in a production process flow, but simply to remove anxiety about where to start, or answer the question “what can a good process look like with all the features of ServiceNow?”.
This update set contains an example Journey Accelerator for Ramping up an employee.
Please note that version 2.1.0 of this Experience Pack is officially compatible with the San Diego release only.

You must be licensed for HR Service Delivery Enterprise to install and apply this Employee Experience Pack. The Journey Accelerator store offering is also a pre-requisite install, that will enable both Learning Posts [sn_lnp] and Learning Core [sn_lc] plug-ins. If you get an error message when installing, you may not be entitled to this functionality. Please check with your account team for your specific HRSD product entitlements.
