RADCOM Network Case Validation and Verification automates, punctuates and shortens workflows related to network tickets and cases assigned to network engineering. The solution assists engineers in the following manner:
- It integrates with ServiceNow TSM to retrieve the details of the network problem description appearing in the case.
- It enables RAN/core/operations engineers to verify TSM network problem cases based on the correlation of the complaint subject with the KPI and KQI of the subscriber submitting the complaint.
- It automates the case verification by network engineers (RAN, core and operations) including root cause analysis, and the conclusion for the case.
- It updates the case description and status following its verification by a network engineer.
- Service Management integrated for case import and update.
- Subscriber experience representation for a quick validation of case and complaint topic.
- Root cause analysis per case to classify the case/ complaint described issue as random subscriber specific issue or such that points to a top offender entity on RAN, core, device model or location.
- Flagging of top offenders (cells, NEs, locations, device models) based on case and complaint
- Root cause analysis on the collection of cases to conclude the triggering NW issues
- Prioritization of RAN/core optimization / corrective actions based on case volume.
