DocIntegrator is a document management solution for ServiceNow that allows organizations to keep documents in Microsoft SharePoint while managing workflows and records in ServiceNow.
Instead of storing attachments inside ServiceNow, DocIntegrator links SharePoint documents directly to ServiceNow records. Users can upload, edit, generate, sign, and manage documents without leaving ServiceNow, while SharePoint remains the system of record for document storage, version control, and governance.

- Document Set Flow Actions (SP Cloud only): New Flow Designer actions to create SharePoint Document Sets. Previously available as an update set for DocIntegrator 3.2.
- Dynamic DocFlow: Initiate review and signing processes from DocFlow > Dynamic DocFlow or Send for Review in DocIntegrator widgets.

Known Issues
- Target Folder Validation: Dot-walking may trigger a validation error, but files upload correctly. Workaround: Verify file location in SharePoint.
- Instance Permissions tab: This tab may appear after upgrade. Workaround: Remove it from the SN Form Sections.
- Test Connection button (Cert Auth): May return false failures. Workaround: Validate via file operations.
- DocIntegrator / DocFlow - Viewer Editing: Files cannot be edited in viewers. Workaround - SN viewer: download to edit/sign. SP viewer: use Open in App. Note: Configuration required to enable the ServiceNow viewer.
