The Agent Workspace for HR Case Management application is a new re-factored workspace for HR agents. The new UI Builder-based workspace makes it more configurable and flexible for customers.
This is in-line with ServiceNow's focus on continually improving HR Agent Workspace as a human-focused experience catered toward HR agents.

- User Interface and Accessibility: Several enhancements were made to the UI and accessibility, such as fixing overlapping buttons at 250% zoom, correcting translations, and adding missing tool-tips.
- Functionality and Performance: Improvements were implemented to ensure smoother functionality, including resolving issues with calendar invites causing the instance to become unresponsive, and better handling of attachments in the HR Case creation screen.
- Localization and Internationalization: Multiple updates were made to translation and localization, ensuring that messages in popups and various fields are properly translated.
- Data and Workflow Management: Enhancements were made to improve data handling and workflow management, such as fixing issues with HR case creation from interactions, and ensuring the correct display of approval states and related lists.
- Configuration and Customization: Updates were made to improve the configuration settings page and ensure that all HR criteria are visible to agents when creating segment groups for bulk cases.
