Provides a streamlined, e-commerce like experience for employees to self-service requests, and source or purchase products and services through the procurement organization. This is an add-on experience to Employee Center.
The Shopping Hub application enables employees to shop for goods and services that they need at work.
- Manage a catalog of goods and services that can be shopped.
- Simplify and streamline the way employees engage with procurement to request help in sourcing or procuring goods and services.
- Suggest and guide employees to correct suppliers.
- Provide transparency into the procurement process.
New:
- Multi-currency: Supports shoppers and approvers in viewing and selecting their local currency throughout the Shopping Hub experience, including supplier cards, product detail pages, cart, checkout, My Purchases, and Request Tracker. Currency filtering has also been enhanced as part of this capability.
- Additional line-level questions: Enables procurement admins to configure and render unique question types for quick and full checkout experiences for each product or service line. Selections for each unique question persist in Workspace and Platform views on both purchase requisition lines and purchase order lines.
