The Now Assist Admin Console provides a way for system administrators to activate, manage, and monitor Now Assist applications. This centralized admin console serves as a landing page for all things generative AI at ServiceNow.
The Now Assist Admin Console has an overview of skill usage, workflow features such as ITSM and CSM, and settings sections that enable you to monitor and control Now Assist applications and skills. The console also includes helpful resources like links to more in-depth information and FAQs.
With the Now Assist Admin Console, you can:
- Activate plugins, including the Now Assist panel, and view account information about licensing and data sharing status.
- Turn on skills for workflow capabilities, such as chat summarization for CSM or incident resolution notes generation for ITSM.
- View summary information about your Now Assist apps and skill usage on a dashboard, access plugins, and address important issues.
As part of this release following features have been released:
1.Skill listing changes inside now assist admin console: Users would now be able to seamlessly view skills with options for switching to list view, use filter and view skills with detailed focus on now assist skills.
2.Data privacy integration with now assist admin: Privacy policies with respect to now assist can now be accessed through now assist admin console. Users would now be able to explore, view and navigate to data privacy related policies with now assist admin.
