Enables your users to initiate an Alexa voice conversation with a Virtual Agent. The application connects a requester with a Virtual Agent using your company's Alexa account. You can name your Alexa skill and customize your own skill invocation name. Connect your ServiceNow instance to your own Alexa account and customize the way a Virtual Agent speaks to you in a voice-friendly manner without having to change the topic.
Interact with ServiceNow on all Alexa-enabled smart speakers. Screen-based devices are also supported and users can use a combination of voice and touch-screen.
