LogicMonitor Edwin AI introduces an innovative approach to consolidate alerts into incidents, enrich them with context from ServiceNow’s CMDB and streamline the escalation process to drastically reduce alert noise, eliminate data silos and improve service availability.
Edwin AI revolutionizes how ITOps, CloudOps, and DevOps teams manage their hybrid, multi-cloud environments to detect, acknowledge and resolve incidents. By integrating LM Edwin AI and ServiceNow, users understand the end to end ecosystem and see a much smaller volume of incidents.

New and improved features:
- Big QoL features and improvements for Domain Separated instances
- Clone config UI action
It is now possible to clone all the Config records and associated artefacts from an existing Enabled Domain to a newly created Enabled Domain record - Reworked relationship between Scheduled Jobs, Endpoints and Enabled Domains
There now only needs to be a Scheduled Job per Endpoint records, not per Enabled Domain record - Business Rules and Domains
Any Business Rule required to make LMDX work for the Config record can now be put into the specific domain associated to the config, and not on the primary domain record. Automatically created BRs will now be placed in that associated domain upon creation
- Clone config UI action
- Configuration records
- Deleting a Config will now delete all associated artefacts
Other improvements include:
- Changed module layout to speed up navigation and increase visbility to application artefacts
- Changed several labels to improve consistency
