The DEVO integration with ServiceNow ITSM/Secops provides automatic bi-directional ticket creation for SOC teams looking to merge data analytics and ticket management.
The app keeps the Devo alerts in synchronisation with corresponding ServiceNow Security Incidents. The app mainly enables:
- Creating Security incidents in ServiceNow for the alerts created in Devo platform.
- Updating Devo alert status automatically when the State for the corresponding Security Incident is updated in Servicenow.
- Updating Devo alert priority automatically when the priority for the corresponding Security Incident is updated in Servicenow.
This is the first version of Devo Alert Synchronizer Servicenow App.
The app mainly enables:
- Creating Security incidents in ServiceNow for the alerts created in Devo platform.
- Updating Devo alert status automatically when the State for the corresponding Security Incident is updated in Servicenow.
- Updating Devo alert priority automatically when the priority for the corresponding Security Incident is updated in Servicenow.
To use this app please make sure you have the following prerequisite:
- You have an Access to Devo instance
- You have a permission to create a ServiceNow Delivery Method on the Devo instance
- Your Servicenow platform is running one of the following versions or later:
- Quebec
- Ensure you have administrator access to the Servicenow instance (Needed for installing the ServiceNow app from ServiceNow Store).
- Security Incident Response Application is installed on your ServiceNow instance.
