This application enables you to take your critical metrics and counters and display them front and center so they are visible throughout your call or operations center. By displaying these you can drive action as circumstances change over time. It is designed to help you keep your team updated on what's important to you, the counters are easily configurable and driven by real-time data in ServiceNow.
During configuration you can create Command Center Pages, or a screens worth of counters, or widgets. Each page contains a configurable number of rows and widgets. Each widget can be configured as a counter or a percentage and can be customized with the thresholds and colors that should be displayed.
The application also includes an optional integration that can connect to one or more Digital Loggers Pro Switches, which are power strips with outlets that can be controlled remotely. This allows you to add even greater visibility for your most important metrics by adding a beacon light or other indicator to alert staff to take action. A new Priority 1 incident came in? Turn the red light on. A VIP incident was logged? You’ve got this, turn on the yellow light. Too many orders in the queue? Turn on the blue light.
