This application supports communication between Slack and ServiceNow.
It has an ability to send notifications to Slack channel(s) whenever a condition is met on Incident, Problem, Change Request tables.
Features included:
. What data to be sent – Ability to configure desired table attributes to be displayed in the message card
· When to send – Ability to set rules that would trigger the notifications
