The NETSCOUT nGeniusONE Alert integration module enables alerts generated from nGeniusONE to be sent to ServiceNow ITOM with a contextual launch capability that allows ServiceNow users to query back into nGeniusONE for service triage. Likewise, ServiceNow ITOM users can now launch queries into nGeniusONE from any other alert with that context. nGeniusONE Alert Integration module’s dashboards and reports support the visualization of nGeniusONE alarm types, sources, criticalities, and status within ServiceNow ITOM.

- Dashboard/Reports highlighting actionable alerts to provide data for trouble tickets
- Drilldowns from alerts to nGeniusONE Notification Center and Search and Discover
- Drilldown to nGeniusONE Search and Discover using node parameter from alerts not generated by nGeniusONE
- Alerts from nGeniusONE sent by HTTPS posts containing JSON objects

This integration should only be installed if there is NetScout nGeniusONE system deployed in the network and requires NetScout nGeniusONE release 6.3.3 or later
