While many organizations have adopted CyberArk Certificate Manager to manage machine identities (such as certificates and keys), the Lite version of our application brings key functionality directly into the ServiceNow interface—without the overhead of a full-scale deployment.
The Machine Identity Protection app for ServiceNow (MIPS) leverages the power of ServiceNow and CyberArk Certificate Manager (CCM) to manage the lifecycle of your TLS Certificates. This application is capable of integrating with both Self-hosted and SaaS environments of CyberArk Certificate Manager.
The app allows organizations to standardize and streamline the process of requesting, renewing, and revoking certificates.

For Self-hosted CyberArk Certificate Manager, the MID Server will be required to use this application. Connections to the Self-hosted CCM REST API are made through the MID Server.
For SaaS, the MID server is optional.
