The Microsoft 365 for ServiceNow Reporting (sn_esg_msoff_intg) integration enables reporting managers to create reports directly in Microsoft Word using data from the ServiceNow Operational Sustainability Management system. It supports list reports, charts, pivot, and multi-pivot reports, making it easy to generate disclosure-ready documents. An audit trail is automatically established, linking the data in the document back to its source in ServiceNow. This ensures transparency and allows auditors to verify information by clicking embedded links to access the original data in the system.
