Canis Major Access Management Platform (CMAMP) for access fulfillment allows anyone with Portal access to enter access requests for different assets and applications, assets such as building access, or anything that requires authorization before access can be reviewed, approved and granted. CMAMP is built using the NOW platform capabilities and hence offers the familiar end-user & the administration interfaces.
CMAMP access requests can be tracked by users for security audits, internal reporting, and data privacy requirements to ensure that access is only granted to those who need access, with tracking of all tasks to show who requested and approved those requests. Users and managers can order either indefinite or temporary roles and revoke access based on a future access end date. During onboarding, CMAMP can be used to provide access to new employees and contractors. When employees leave the company, CMAMP can be used to revoke their access.
