The Cisco Intersight ITSM plugin integrates with Cisco Intersight Platform. It facilitates you to use a single platform, ServiceNow for all its ITSM requirements. The plugin provides Inventory sync and Incident management. The inventory from Cisco Intersight Platform is imported in ServiceNow and allows user to use and track them along with existing inventories. As a part of Incident management module, the Cisco Intersight ITSM plugin raises Incident for configurable alarm severity from Cisco Intersight in ServiceNow. Moreover, you can use the advanced feature and build a complex query builder to raise Incidents.
