The RFPFlow Supplier Portal facilitates the expansion of Onboardingflow collaboration with the RFPflow application. This integration allows for enhanced engagement and collaboration between buyers and suppliers throughout the RFx process. It empowers suppliers to fill out questionnaires and submit pricing responses, facilitating efficient pricing negotiation capabilities between buyers and suppliers.
The buyers can create new supplier records along with their contacts and request onboarding from RFPFlow which seamlessly creates a supplier in the Onboardingflow also. On publishing an RFx from the RFPFlow, suppliers can view the RFx in the Supplier Portal and can respond to it.
Aavenir RFPFlow Supplier Portal should be installed to enable this integration.

- RFx Participation Requisition After Decline: Ability for suppliers to request participation for an RFx event, even after initially declining it.
- Attachments for Buyer-Supplier Communications: View and downloads the attachments added by the buyers as part of a broadcast or one-to-one message and additionally, allowing suppliers to upload attachments while responding.
