We intend in completing the experience for the customer by integrating Navex EthicsPoint with our Employee Relations. This integration will pull in ER cases from Navex EthicsPoint to ServiceNow
- Use Now Employee relations data model to solve ER cases
- Pull in cases from Navex EthicsPoint on scheduled basis
- Update cases from Navex EthicsPoint on scheduled basis
- Sync attachements in bulk or case by case basis
- Update certain fields like "outcome", "status" back into Navex EthicsPoint.
