Customers who want to provide a great onboarding experience to their new hires and hiring managers often ask for guidance on how to implement this in ServiceNow. Hiring managers frequently find this process overwhelming, and when new hires do not feel confident and engaged, this could impact productivity and risk attrition.
The Enterprise Onboarding Experience Pack serves as a blueprint for the process of onboarding a new hire to the organization. It uses pre-built services, activities, and communications to coordinate work across multiple departments while guiding the new hire and their hiring manager through more effective planning and communication. With its pre-configured workflows and curated content, this Employee Journey will help maximize your employee experience investment.
This Employee Experience Pack requires entitlement to HR Service Delivery Enterprise. Its contents are designed for use with a cross-functional implementation in ServiceNow between HR and IT and other employee workflow products. For full requirements, instructions, and troubleshooting, please reference the attached PDF document under the supporting documents on this page.
The purpose of Employee Experience Packs is to help explain the power and ease of configuration of ServiceNow to support complex processes and use cases while providing a great experience. The Employee Experience Packs strive to leverage as many of the advanced features of the system, in support of the specific use case, to demonstrate capabilities new customers/users of the system may not be aware exist. The packs are not intended as direct-install processes ready to leverage in a production process flow, but simply to remove anxiety about where to start, or answer the question “what can a good process look like with all the features of ServiceNow?”.
