Service Exchange Onboarding introduces AI Agents that streamline the initiation of the registration process by automating the creation of Consumer Registration tasks, monitoring for issues, and guiding administrators through remediation if any are found. This reduces manual effort, improves accuracy, and enhances the onboarding experience.
- AI Agent Orchestrator – Coordinates onboarding tasks across AI agents.
- Registration Initiator – Automates initiation and early registration activities.
- Registration Error Monitor – Detects, resolves, or escalates registration issues.
Fixed
- Fixed the Service Exchange Knowledge Assistant replying "Service Exchange is not installed on this instance" on instances where Service Exchange was installed through the provider or consumer tier. The assistant now detects the installed version and answers the question.
- Fixed tables owned by another application being re-scoped to a different scope when the app was installed, which caused cross-scope issues.
- Corrected the access control names for the Service Exchange Knowledge Assistant and the Service Exchange Assistant so they follow the platform's standard naming.
