The application enables generation of customer contracts and entitlements and management of the commercial changes through their lifecycle.
The Contracts and Entitlements Workflows application enables:
- Creating new customer contracts and entitlements for managing subscriptions and post-sales services.
- Managing lifecycle changes, amendments, renewals, and cancellations.
New:
- Consolidation of upsells and downsells into a renewal opportunity and quote.
- Ability to consolidate two or more contracts during their renewal cycle.
- View ramp details directly from contract line list view for subscriptions with associated quantity or price ramps.
- Contract lines reflect dynamically calculated prices and contributing line items for derived price products.
