Admin By Request is a comprehensive Privileged Access Management (PAM) solution that eliminates local admin rights while still allowing users to gain elevated access when they need it. A simple and intuitive user experience ensures productivity is maintained, users are protected, and IT admins and resources are freed up from the complicated task of managing privileged access.
- Requests: Review and approve / deny requests for administrative access.
- Auditlog: View and utilize all data collected from elevated sessions, including user information, elevated activity, and installed / uninstalled software.

After upgrade ensure the following:
- Validate Flows
- The flow "Update Audit Logs" should be enabled.
- All other flows have been deprecated and can be removed/disabled.
In case the connection between ServiceNow and Admin by Request is lost, add the API key again through the properties page.
