Agent Client Collector for Incident Live CI view helps agents reduce the MTTR of an incident by providing live asset details at their fingertips for investigation of root cause and better decision making. The feature uses agent OSQs and Checks technology to explore the data.
Agent Client Collector Core platform automates tasks for gathering details and enriching data on an incident. Agents can use this enrichment data for their investigations into incidents. The following set of data is available in the live CI view:
- Device Details - Gathers system details for the CI associated with the incident.
- Top 5 running processes by CPU and Memory Usage - Gathers process data for the CI associated with the incident.
- Memory Usage - Gathers memory data of the CI associated with the incident.
- Logged On Users - Gathers logged-on users' data of the CI associated with the incident.
